Upon termination of your account, rg777 will return any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to rg777.

You may close your rg777 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the rg777 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation.
